Overview
In this role you lead visually compelling store displays that reflect URBN’s creative direction, working with Visual Coordinators/Managers and Store Managers to craft engaging environments. You translate direction into artistic, durable displays across multiple stores while managing budgets and safety. You will contribute your personal artistic perspective to seasonal concepts and support new store openings. You join cross-functional teams to drive compelling customer experiences aligned with the brand mission.

Responsibilities
- Interpret company direction to create artistic, unique displays that drive sales
- Produce high-quality window and in-store displays with strong craftsmanship
- Utilize diverse mediums; apply recycled materials where appropriate
- Maintain display room and safety, organize work areas and plan layouts with store teams
- Manage project budgets and cost coding; support new store openings and projects
- Communicate display plans through visual presentations to store and district teams
- Collaborate with Visual Coordinators/Managers and Store Managers for timely execution
- Mentor retail teams on display standards, materials/tools management, and visual expectations
- Assist in planning customer flow and supporting sales targets
- Avoid stock loss by maintaining display integrity and aligning with CCTV protocols
Key requirements
- Experience in the art and design field
- Strong artistic background with proficiency in 2D and 3D mediums
- Ability to translate ideas into working display solutions
- Portfolio submission if applicable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Carpentry skills a plus
- Experience with large-scale displays a plus
