Overview
In this role you will manage an established residential conveyancing caseload in Greater Manchester, handling transactions from instruction to completion and building long-term client relationships. You will work autonomously with a supportive team, delivering high-quality service while contributing to a collaborative, well-regarded law firm. Responsibilities
- Take over an established residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handle a range of matters including first registrations, apartments, new builds, Right to Buy, transfers of equity, probate sales, and Buy‑to‑Let
- Maintain client relationships and deliver a high standard of service
- Work with an experienced team while also contributing independently
- Support business development and provide clear communication to clients
Key requirements
- 3+ years of PQE in residential conveyancing
- Proven ability to independently manage a busy residential property caseload
- Excellent technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational, communication, and client care skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously within a collaborative team
