Responsibilities
- Manage intake and progress of marketing automation requests (email campaigns, lead gen, retention initiatives).
- Review requests for completeness and assign tasks to appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with Account Services and Project Managers to keep projects on track and within quality standards.
- Monitor workflows, identify improvements, and ensure adherence to global and regional marketing standards.
- Communicate proactively to resolve challenges and keep stakeholders informed.
Key requirements
- Experience in project management, particularly in marketing or traffic coordination.
- Familiarity with Adobe Workfront and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
