Overview

As an Oracle Invoice to Cash Process Consulting Manager, you will lead workstreams on large Oracle projects and shape end-to-end finance transformation implementations. You’ll work directly with clients to tailor Oracle solutions, build strong relationships, and mentor a high-performing team within Deloitte’s Finance Transformation practice. This role combines technical finance expertise with client collaboration to deliver impactful, scalable improvements. You will engage in innovative use of AI capabilities to enhance automation and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workstreams in large-scale Oracle projects (planning, execution, monitoring)
  • Collaborate with clients to understand needs and tailor Oracle solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to growth and development of the Finance Transformation practice
  • Support an inclusive, high-performing team culture and on-the-job coaching and training opportunities

Key requirements

  • Practical experience in Oracle ERP / Finance Transformation programmes with strong Invoice to Cash experience
  • Strong Finance business process knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications
  • Experience leading or managing Invoice to Cash design and delivery (AR, Billing, Receipts, Cash Application, Collections)
  • End-to-end understanding of Invoice to Cash process and its impact on GL
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (AR, Collections, Cash Management)
  • Understanding of revenue and billing models and downstream effects
  • Experience with upstream/downstream integrations and defining functional integration requirements
  • Ability to identify process improvement, simplification and automation opportunities in I2C
  • Understanding of AI capabilities in Finance/ERP and potential use cases
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
  • Facilitation of client workshops and design sessions with Finance, business and technology stakeholders
  • Ability to manage functional design activities, risks, dependencies, and escalate key decisions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for business and technical audiences
  • Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel
