Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a varied client portfolio and complex audit assignments
• Ensure technical excellence across all stages of the audit process
• Mentor and develop the audit team
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders

Key requirements

• Fully qualified (ICAS/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
• Experience at senior manager level or strong manager ready to advance
• Excellent technical knowledge and leadership abilities
• Proven track record in managing key client relationships
• Proactive, commercially aware, with ability to balance operations and strategy
