Overview

As a Graphic Designer within Berkeley Group’s development Marketing team, you will craft print and digital collateral that aligns with brand guidelines, from layouts to editing text and coordinating visuals. You’ll roll out concepts across brochures, ads, emails, web banners, and presentations, while partnering with external agencies and printers to ensure top quality. You will create content for social channels and internal communications, keeping the brand consistent across platforms. This role offers a chance to shape how Berkeley communicates development stories to communities and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce print and digital marketing materials (brochures, factsheets, leaflets, signage, banners, presentations)
  • Layout and edit text, format graphics, and coordinate photography/videography
  • Liaise with external agencies and printers to meet production needs
  • Ensure consistent brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Create and update digital advertising artwork (MPUs, banners)
  • Develop content for social channels (WeChat, WhatsApp, etc.) and newsletters
  • Design and edit floorplans for brochures and internal sign-off
  • Create presentation templates and email campaigns; format PowerPoint, PDF, and Word documents
  • Offer HTML build experience as a beneficial capability
  • Produce animated elements (GIFs) for communications
  • Collaborate with IT, design, copywriters, photographers, and vendors to deliver materials
  • Proofread to ensure accuracy and quality

Key requirements

  • Exceptional skills in Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Digital retouching and image editing
  • Experience with print and digital media across campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and best practices
  • Knowledge of print production processes
  • Ability to format PowerPoint, PDF, and Word documents
  • Familiarity with CANVA and FOLEON software
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Photoshop and video/film editing capability
  • Ability to manipulate images with AI and create animated content (GIFs)
