Responsibilities

• Manage benefits, costs and commercial aspects of programmes to maximise value and efficiency
• Lead projects from inception to completion ensuring successful delivery
• Report performance metrics with accuracy and high quality deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement and build team capabilities; promote safety and accountability
• Lead risk management and proactive negotiation; facilitate stakeholder engagement
• Conduct independent research and synthesize information to align strategy and resolve conflicts
• Coach and lead teams to achieve outcomes and manage performance
• Support decision-making through robust analysis and prioritization of solutions

Key requirements

• Relevant experience as a programme manager
• Experience in water sector preferred
• Track record of leading and managing teams to deliver outcomes
• APM Qualified or equivalent preferred
