Overview
In this role you will lead global mobility compensation management and expatriate compliance, delivering tailored payroll and mobility solutions for a diverse client base. You will shape and implement technology-enabled processes to improve efficiency and service quality. You collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive projects, and mentor a multi-geographic team in a hybrid setup. Responsibilities
- Client engagement as primary contact for multiple clients with strong relationship building
- Lead end-to-end payroll processes ensuring timely data collection, processing and distribution to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Spearhead client projects, advise on process improvements and identify risks and opportunities
- Conduct payroll data validations and reconciliation analyses to identify and mitigate high-risk areas
- Manage client-specific requirements including payroll mapping and global cost tracking with payroll and third-party vendors
- Provide compliance support with accurate year-end reporting and compensation summaries
- Leverage data analytics to deliver actionable insights for mobility programs
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation in collaboration with tech teams
- Mentor and develop junior team members in a multi-geographic hybrid structure
