Risk Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead risk and opportunity management within a PMO context, guiding the ROM process across projects and bids. You will partner with ROM stakeholders, enable proactive risk treatment, and provide management assurance on risk reporting. You will operate in a collaborative, cross-functional environment to protect project objectives and company integrity. The role offers exposure to complex technical programmes and opportunities for development within a global aerospace organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead ROM process activities and establish ROM plans with stakeholders
• Conduct risk identification workshops and assess impacts on business objectives
• Clarify accountability for ROM actions and owners
• Develop and track execution of risk treatment actions
• Provide assurance on reliability of financial reporting and risk monitoring quality
• Ensure compliance with risk & opportunity rules, regulations and procedures

Key requirements

• Knowledge of Enterprise Risk solutions and Programme Governance frameworks
• Programme/Project/Risk Management experience in complex technical projects
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative risk analyses
• Proficient in risk analysis software (Active Risk Manager, Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk)
• Proficient in scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
• Understanding of risk and opportunity management in a governance context
