Job Description:

Overview

In this role you build the product experience from the ground up, shaping how teams collaborate with AI-first workflows. You work directly with a Silicon Valley founder and a small design team to move beyond usability toward a lovable product. You own the end-to-end UX—discovery through deployment—driving clarity, structure, and impactful interactions. This is a blank-slate opportunity to design complex systems and a scalable design language that sets the product apart. You’ll help transform ambiguity into a strong, user-centric product direction that aligns with the founder’s vision.
