Salesforce Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you translate business needs into Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, enabling delivery, testing, release and adoption. You will work closely with architects, developers, QA and product owners in an agile setting to shape processes and backlogs. You’ll lead discovery sessions to uncover opportunities and ensure traceability from requirements to deployed functionality. This position supports digital transformation efforts at a global technology services partner focused on reinvention and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, interviews and discovery sessions to understand processes and challenges
• Create business/functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and use cases
• Translate requirements into Salesforce functional solutions and maintain traceability through delivery
• Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams and Product Owners
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement and sprint delivery
• Coordinate UAT, defect management, business sign-off and deployment validation
• Identify process improvements and support change, training and user adoption

Key requirements

• Considerable IT experience including Agile Salesforce delivery programmes
• Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Understanding of objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, flows and Salesforce security
