Responsibilities
- Assess, structure and underwrite W&I policies for cross-border transactions
- Review transaction documents, diligence reports, and deal structures to identify risk
- Lead underwriting projects and manage relationships with brokers, law firms, and clients
- Collaborate with deal teams and advisers to support high-value international M&A activity
- Engage credibly with senior deal professionals and drive underwriting outcomes
Key requirements
- UK-qualified lawyer with 3–6 years PQE
- Strong private M&A experience with track record of leading deals and managing projects
- Ability to engage credibly with senior deal professionals
