Financial Controlling & Reporting Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead financial control and reporting for the UK within an international setting, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance. You will own budgeting, forecasting and closing cycles, partnering with stakeholders to drive performance. You’ll drive simplification and governance initiatives across finance and coordinate audit activities. This is a hands-on finance leadership role that shapes financial integrity and strategic decision-making in a 글로벌 environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control and reporting for the UK in line with IFRS, local GAAP and corporate policies.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for the UK under SP GAAP and IFRS.
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, partnering with stakeholders to support performance.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual close cycles with timely, accurate reporting.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis and financial integrity checks.
• Drive working capital management, cash flow visibility and governance initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support SOX compliance.
• Act as finance business partner to Commercial, Supply Chain and operations teams.
• Collaborate with Tax advisors and auditors; support finance projects.

Key requirements

• University degree in Finance
• 5+ years in accounting, with experience in financial statements
• Proficient in SAP / R3 FI and BW/EDW
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills
• Very good written and spoken English
