Overview

In this Sales Executive role you drive enterprise software growth for regulated sectors, leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. You build credibility with senior decision-makers and tailor solutions to complex commercial and technical challenges. You represent the company at conferences and events, expanding the client network and generating qualified opportunities. The role sits within a fast-growing tech business with a clear path toward more senior commercial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients
  • Maintain a strong network to generate qualified opportunities
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Present tailored solutions addressing commercial and technical challenges
  • Represent the company at conferences and industry events
  • Attend breakfast, evening and some weekend events in London
  • Travel mainly within Europe to client meetings and events
  • Maintain CRM records, produce pipeline forecasts and performance reports
  • Stay informed on developments in enterprise tech, AI, blockchain, and digital assets

Key requirements

  • Three to five years of B2B software sales experience
  • Experience selling complex software, technology solutions or consultancy to enterprise clients
  • Track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into revenue
  • Strong business-development, relationship-building and networking skills
  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activity, pipelines and forecasting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and adaptable
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing business
  • Willingness to adopt new technologies and sales tools
  • Availability for breakfast, evening and weekend events
