Compliance Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the development and deployment of a group-wide compliance framework aligned to business goals within a sustainability-focused services provider. You will drive ISO implementations (ISO 27001 and ISO 45001) and oversee audits, ensuring timely corrective actions. You will support bids with clear compliance and certification information and steer continuous improvement, including integrating management systems from acquisitions. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a group-wide compliance framework aligned with business objectives
• Lead implementation and management of ISO standards (ISO 27001, ISO 45001) across the organisation
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure timely corrective actions
• Support tender responses with accurate compliance and certification information
• Drive continuous improvement and integrate management systems from acquired businesses

Key requirements

• Proven experience managing and improving ISO management systems and certification processes
• Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance assurance
• Desirable experience in waste, heavy manufacturing or related heavy industrial environment
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across functions
• Relevant professional qualifications in compliance, auditing, or management systems
