Overview

In this role you drive growth for Coty’s Prestige Beauty across key UK retail partners, shaping commercial strategy and retailer collaborations. You’ll own planning, negotiations and execution for a portfolio of iconic brands, translating brand goals into actionable plans. You will work cross-functionally to unlock opportunities, accelerate innovation and elevate brand experiences across prestige products. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role with the potential to develop into senior commercial leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Lead joint business planning and strategy across a strategic customer portfolio to deliver sustainable growth
  • Manage forecasting, budgeting and performance, including risks and opportunities tracking
  • Oversee promotional planning, investments and profitability for customers
  • Drive execution of launches, activations and annual trading plans with excellence
  • Collaborate with Marketing/Category to deliver brand experiences and retailer campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate growth through distribution, assortment, visibility and promotion
  • Use data and insights to influence retailer decisions and shape commercial plans
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and analytics to improve forecasting and planning
  • Champion consumer-first mindset balancing brand equity with commercial performance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement

Key requirements

  • Experience in National Account Management or equivalent commercial roles
  • Experience in beauty, FMCG, luxury or premium consumer goods environments
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering growth
  • Strong forecasting, planning and analytical capabilities
  • Experience managing budgets, promotional investments and profitability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • Sound commercial judgment with opportunity identification and problem-solving
  • Cross-functional collaboration across multiple business units
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and commercial reporting
  • Curiosity around technology, AI and emerging commercial capabilities
