Overview
In this role you will join a leading full-service commercial law firm to support residential development work for housebuilders, SMEs and investors. You will manage site assembly, development schemes, plot sales and refinancing, working closely with paralegals to progress transactions. You’ll build strong client relationships and contribute to growing the residential development practice. The position offers ownership of quality work and meaningful impact in a collaborative property team.
Responsibilities

Key requirements
- 3-5 PQE
- experience in residential development, plot sales or new build sales
- managing a varied caseload of residential transactions (sales, purchases, refinancing)
- ability to deal directly with developer and SME clients
- estate documentation drafting advantageous
- some commercial property experience
- supervisory or management experience desirable but not essential
