Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of performance and quality, delivering client-facing outputs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Plan and execute work, identify value opportunities, and escalate when needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients, building professional relationships and maintaining respectful interactions
  • Communicate clearly to support productive ways of working and address challenges
  • Administer and manage contracts with focus on cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and cashflow control
  • Work with client and contractor teams to meet KPIs, manage programme performance, and apply value engineering within governance
  • Provide commercial leadership, improve forecast accuracy, offer sound commercial advice, and secure timely final accounts
  • Contribute to internal excellence by capturing lessons learned and improving internal systems and processes

Key requirements

  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
  • Cost / commercial management experience on Energy or Infrastructure projects
  • Experience on major programmes or project portfolios
  • Professional Chartership (preferable)
