Overview
In this role you will work directly with the Head of Finance to support strategic and corporate initiatives within a fast-moving, integrated energy company. You will help shape capital strategy, fundraising, and long-range planning, blending investment banking, corporate development, and FP&A. You’ll engage with banks, investors, and partners to optimize the cost of capital and drive value across the business. This is a broad, high-exposure position ideal for someone who thrives on impact and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Support and lead fundraising processes (project finance, trading credit lines, other debt facilities and equity)
- Develop and maintain the group’s long-term business plan and financial models
- Manage relationships and complex negotiations with banks, investors, and strategic partners
- Evaluate strategic opportunities, financial performance, and capital allocation decisions
- Drive initiatives to optimize costs, working capital, liquidity, and overall cost of capital
- Support broader finance operations including FP&A, tax planning, and corporate structuring
- Work cross-functionally with teams across the business on high-impact projects
Key requirements
- STEM degree from a top university
- 2 – 5 años of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity (top-tier firm)
- Exceptional analytical, modelling, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in the renewable energy sector
