Overview

In this role you support end-to-end employee relations across WTW segments, helping managers resolve ER issues consistently and in line with policy. You will partner with ER specialists and leads to identify trends, develop guidance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You’ll manage key ER projects, advise on meetings and processes, and foster a constructive ER culture while collaborating with Legal, Compliance and HRBPs. This role combines case management, policy guidance, and analytics to drive fair, compliant outcomes at scale.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ER case management (disciplinary, performance, grievances, absence, termination/exit)
  • Develop consultative relationships with managers and HR colleagues to identify and resolve ER issues
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, practices, and employment law up to date
  • Project management support and data analysis to identify ER trends; ensure TUPE and redundancy projects with due diligence
  • Guide line managers on conducting meetings (preparation, chairing, conclusions)
  • Propose training and initiatives to foster a constructive ER culture
  • Provide support for peak periods and cross-team HR priorities
  • Collaborate with ER Lead to flag cases with potential regulatory conduct breaches

Key requirements

  • Proven HR experience with a focus on Employee Relations, policies/processes, and coaching managers
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and employment law including TUPE, Mergers and Acquisitions and collective consultation
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and high confidentiality
  • Strong critical thinking and ability to work with limited supervision in a virtual environment
  • Creative problem solving and comfort with ambiguity
