Aviation Disputes & Regulation Senior Associate/Director

Overview

In this role you will contribute to shaping one of the UK’s leading Aviation Disputes and Regulatory practices. You work closely with Partners in a collaborative, ambitious team recognized by Chambers UK and The Legal 500. You will handle high-value aviation disputes and regulatory matters for airlines, lessors and aviation businesses, across the UK and internationally. You take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships, and help grow a fast-expanding practice with genuine responsibility and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to aviation disputes and regulatory matters for high-profile clients
• Collaborate with Partners in a cross-functional, ambitious team
• Take ownership of work and manage client relationships
• Support growth of a fast-growing practice increasingly winning work from international firms
• Engage in leading UK and international dispute resolution (High Court, Court of Appeal, arbitration) and regulatory work

Key requirements

• Aviation disputes and/or regulatory solicitor experience
• Senior level experience (5–10+ years) with PQE 4–6, 7+ or 10+ years as listed
• London-based or eligible to practice in London
• Proven ability to build client relationships and operate with client-facing responsibility

• Aviation disputes in High Court, Court of Appeal and international arbitration
• Aviation regulatory work across UK, Europe and international frameworks
