In this role you will handle year-end accounts and tax computations for a diverse client portfolio, with exposure to audit work. You will work closely with seniors and managers, supporting junior team members as you grow. The position sits in a well-established local practice backed by a larger network, offering hybrid working and strong development through exams. This is a practical, client-facing role that combines accounting, tax, and audit to broaden your experience and progression.

Responsibilities
- Prepare year-end accounts for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Prepare personal and corporation tax computations
- Assist with corporation tax and VAT returns
- Support audit engagements and fieldwork
- Communicate with clients by phone and email
- Guide and mentor junior team members
Key requirements
- Part-qualified in AAT/ACA/ACCA or actively studying
- Previous experience in an accountancy practice
- Confident with Excel and Microsoft Office
- Organised, accurate, able to manage deadlines
