Responsibilities

• Lead financial sponsor transactions with proactive deal management
• Supervise and mentor junior colleagues across process areas
• Draft high-quality agreements and client communications with precision
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive deal momentum
• Engage in marketing and business development activities to promote the practice
• Manage matter workflows and ensure timely delivery of outputs

Key requirements

• Broad experience of financial sponsor transactions
• Strong written communication and drafting skills
• Ability to take initiative and handle high responsibility
• Experience supervising or coordinating junior colleagues
• Willingness to engage in marketing and business development
• London-based or eligible to work in the UK
• PQE in the 4-6+ year range, aligning with senior associate level
