Senior Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the delivery of basement and RC frame works on a prestigious West London RC frame development. You will work with the Head of Construction and site team to coordinate subcontractors, logistics, safety and quality, ensuring milestones and budgets are met. The role focuses on delivering a complex build with a strong safety standard and high-quality outcomes. This is a high-impact position that shapes the execution of a landmark residential project and requires proactive leadership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the delivery of basement and RC frame works
• Work closely with the Head of Construction and wider site team
• Coordinate subcontractors, logistics, safety, and quality on site
• Ensure programme milestones are met on time and within budget
• Maintain high health & safety standards

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering RC frame packages on large-scale residential or mixed-use developments
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering/Civil Engineering
• Strong technical background and understanding of complex construction methodologies
• A proactive leader with excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage specialist frame/concrete contractors
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certified
