Overview
In this role you own a substantial area of Maia, shaping an AI-driven data automation experience for enterprise users. You’ll combine user insight with data metrics to deliver high-quality product outcomes and measurable business impact. You’ll work across teams to define problems, run evaluations, and leverage AI tools to move faster without compromising quality. This hybrid role is based in Manchester with flexibility for UK-based candidates.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for your Maia area, define problems, prioritize, and guide engineering on what and why to build
- Define and track leading metrics, build dashboards, and use data to continuously improve what is shipped
- Set high standards for AI product experiences, run evaluations, and ensure a strong user experience for agentic workflows
- Deeply understand the user journey, identify friction and unmet needs in the data engineer workflow
- Accelerate output with AI tools in your product process for faster, quality outcomes
Key requirements
- Proven experience building, launching and scaling B2B products
- Exposure to AI products and understanding of what makes them work for users
- Deep knowledge of Data Integration, BI, or Advanced Analytics markets; familiarity with Snowflake/Databricks is a plus
- Experience across startup and larger company environments
- Highly data-literate and metrics-driven; define success with dashboards
