Senior Technical Co-ordinator (Regeneration Scheme) | 65,000 – 70,000 + package | Permanent | South East London

Overview

In this role you will coordinate and guide technical aspects of a large residential regeneration project. You will lead site-based activities in South East London, with travel to Watford as needed, ensuring design and construction quality aligns with regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive safe, compliant delivery and support long-term regeneration goals that transform communities. Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and provide technical guidance for residential/regeneration schemes
• Lead and manage a project team on-site
• Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, NHBC, CDM regulations and planning legislation
• Support design and construction knowledge application across the project
• Travel to company offices as required and liaise with multiple stakeholders
• Provide technical support to ensure safe, compliant delivery on a long-term regeneration scheme

Key requirements

• Experience coordinating and supporting residential/regeneration developments
• Ability to lead and manage a team
• Ideally CIAT qualified
• Degree, HNC or ONC
• AutoCAD, Excel, Word, Power Projects, PowerPoint
• Strong design and engineering construction knowledge
• Building Regulations knowledge
• NHBC legislation awareness
• Health & safety / CDM regulations knowledge
• Planning legislation understanding
