Overview
In this role you will manage the commercial delivery of multiple projects for a respected main contractor in Berkshire. You will contribute to cost control, procurement and financial reporting while working closely with the commercial team. You’ll handle autonomous project delivery on schemes up to £10m, supporting high-quality builds across commercial, education, residential, healthcare and more. This is an opportunity to shape project outcomes within a reputable, growing contractor.
Responsibilities
- Manage commercial delivery on multiple projects within the commercial team
- control costs, procurement, and subcontractor relationships
- prepare valuations and financial reporting for projects
- monitor cash flow and commercial performance
- work autonomously on projects up to £10m
- liaise with stakeholders to support project delivery
Key requirements
- Degree qualified
- extensive experience with a reputable Main Contractor
- strong commercial skills
- experience in both new build and refurbishment
- ability to work autonomously on projects up to £10m
- Full UK Driving License
- able to commute to Donnington, Berkshire
