Private Client Solicitor – Northampton

Overview

In this role you will handle a varied private client caseload and support the department’s growth within a respected firm. You will manage Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection, and Probate matters from instruction to completion under supervision. You will contribute to marketing and development efforts to strengthen the private client practice. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, compliant outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Caseload management across Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts (including Declarations of Trust), Court of Protection Applications and Probate matters
• Handle cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision
• Assist in marketing and development of the private client department

• Willingness to undertake Membership of Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) or SFE
