Overview
In this role you help drive the UK marketing plan for Jean Paul Gaultier Prestige Fragrances, coordinating campaigns from media to instore execution to hit brand and profitability goals. You’ll work with Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, and maintain strong retailer relationships to enable effective activations. You’ll support product launches and retailer materials while tracking spend and performance. This is a hands-on, collaborative role shaping brand presence in the UK market.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Global Brand teams to adapt and execute global strategies locally
- Build internal relationships to drive productivity and brand engagement
- Support Marketing Manager in aligning UK cross-functional teams and agency partners with brand goals
- Maintain and update 360 marketing plans and in-store activation calendars
- Manage day-to-day brand operations and ensure seamless execution of activities
- Support product launches and growth of core lines aligning with strategy
- Assist in developing retailer presentations and marketing materials
- Track marketing spend and ensure alignment with budget
- Forecast launches with Demand Planning and Commercial teams and manage stock availability
- Analyze sales performance (sell-in and sell-out) and contribute to growth plans
- Collaborate with Commercial, VM, PR, and Communications teams for tailor-made activations
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor execution, competitor activity, and merchandising compliance
Key requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience within marketing and the retail industry in the UK market
- Proven digital experience and knowledge essential
- Team management of at least 1 direct report, responsible for their development
