Overview

In this role, you contribute to Microsoft’s MAI HR recruiting, helping scale teams and develop talent across EMEA. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, partnering with HR Business Partners and Recruiting to support onboarding, employee experience, and organizational change. You lead people initiatives using data to inform decisions and adapt to evolving business needs in a fast-growing AI environment. You will be based in London, with a three-day-in-office cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Recruiting and HR Business Partners to support hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce growth strategies
  • Influence HR Centers of Excellence to shape programs and policies for the MAI organization
  • Act as an employee advocate to improve experiences across the lifecycle in collaboration with managers, HRBPs, and Recruiting
  • Ensure effective onboarding and integration of new employees in a rapidly scaling organization
  • Provide proactive guidance to leaders on growth, change, and organizational complexity; escalate risks as needed
  • Lead and execute people initiatives to support scaling, onboarding effectiveness, and talent movement
  • Use data, insights, and workforce trends to inform recommendations and decisions; adapt priorities as business needs change
  • Embody Microsoft culture and values during day-to-day work

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field with demonstrable HR experience or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting agile, high-growth organizations with cross-functional teams or squad-based models
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to evolving business needs
  • Preferred: Master’s Degree in HR, Legal, Business, Psychology, or related field
