Overview
In this role you will be the focal point for construction documentation, ensuring all records align with contract requirements and project timelines. You will manage CDE systems, process document changes, and maintain legibility and quality across documents. The role supports energy projects across multiple countries, contributing to compliant, well-organized documentation and smooth handovers at contract completion. You will work closely with project teams to uphold standards and enable efficient information flow.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the focal point for construction documentation and manage documents per contract and timelines
- Obsolete/superseded documents handling and deletion or marking as superseded
- Maintain Client CDE and transfer to JMS CDE before contract completion
- Allocate document numbers according to JMS/Client procedures
- Review document details for accuracy before issue (number, revision, status, title, date, pagination, headers/footers)
- Quality-check documents for typographical/formatting errors and legibility
- Oversee management of change by linking documents to contract documents as required
Key requirements
- Experience in a professional Document Control and/or Administration department
- Experience with IT systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access
