In this role you lead and shape complex infrastructure programs across water, energy, and transportation. You work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes, strengthen client partnerships, and drive innovative project delivery. You will contribute to planning and design phases and support bids and business development. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on leadership with strategic oversight to transform critical projects for communities.

- Own client relationships as a trusted advisor and support business growth
- Contribute to planning, design, and solution shaping to meet client objectives and sustainability targets
- Support bids, proposals, and business development initiatives
Key requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE2, Agile)
- NEC Accreditation or experience with NEC3/4
- Proactive attitude with ownership of client relationships
