Overview

In this role you drive the day-to-day sales operations for the EMEA Premium Support BD business, partnering with field leadership to grow revenue and adoption of AWS Support Services. You will own planning, forecasting, and cadence of business reporting while enabling BD teams with scalable processes. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, improve deal-to-cash processes, and ensure execution of GTM strategies. This hands-on position values strategic thinking, deep analysis, and practical problem solving to impact growth across geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own P&L and forecast for one or more geographies in partnership with LOB leadership
  • Serve as single point of contact for the geo for the LOB
  • Define and implement sales support systems and processes to support rapid growth
  • Lead strategic and annual planning with geo leaders
  • Partner with BD leaders to execute GTM strategies and enable field sales
  • Own field BD operational mechanisms and the Premium Support BD rhythm of business
  • Develop evolving forecast models and perform quantitative performance analysis
  • Lead initiatives to improve BD efficiency and accelerate cash conversion
  • Drive process improvement, change management, and training
  • Manage cadence of business reporting and stakeholder communications
  • Build relationships with sales, finance, ES leaders, HR, and other partners
  • Ensure adoption of global standards, processes, and programs

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in sales operations or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining and refining sales processes, procedures, and policies
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Preferred: experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Preferred: Salesforce or BI tools experience
  • Preferred: ability to analyze complex data and translate to actionable deliverables
