Overview
As a Senior Hardware Design Engineer, you will lead the development of high-performance digital, analogue, and RF hardware. You’ll mentor junior engineers and coordinate across hardware, software, and mechanical teams to deliver robust products. You’ll shape specifications with Product Management and drive from concept to validation, leveraging deep engineering methods and supplier processes. This role offers impact through hands-on design leadership in a fast-paced electronics environment.

Responsibilities
- Define product and design specifications with Product Management
- Lead design and development of digital, analogue, and RF hardware
- Create schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
- Perform component selection, simulation, and analysis
- Develop and execute test plans for prototypes and final products
- Debug and validate using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, analysers)
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, test, and manufacturing teams to ensure integration and delivery
Key requirements
- Bachelor in Electronic Engineering
- Proficiency in Altium Designer
- Experience in hardware design and development
- High-speed signal design, RF, power management, EMI/EMC expertise
- Strong debugging skills with lab equipment
- Knowledge of FPGA design (VHDL/Verilog) or MCU-based systems and embedded software understanding
