Fulfilment Operations Manager, FBT, TikTok Shop

Overview

You drive efficient EU fulfillment operations, managing 3PL performance and capacity while improving customer experience. You’ll shape cross-functional solutions, align with business requirements, and build business cases for new logistics capabilities. This role partners with internal customers and systems teams to scale speed, efficiency, and predictability in TikTok Shop operations. You will work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with real impact on delivery performance and cost.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and capacity of external Fulfilment Logistics providers (3PL)
• Monitor and improve customer experience and operation KPIs/SLAs with 3PL in a dynamic growth environment
• Lead design/implementation of forward-thinking logistics solutions focused on efficiency, speed, scale, and predictability
• Gather and define business requirements with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions for supply chain operations
• Manage relationships with internal customers in third-party facilities and across the organization
• Identify cost/quality improvement opportunities; create and present business cases; manage ongoing projects
• Collaborate with systems teams to develop capability roadmaps for new tools and technologies
• Drive innovative solution designs leveraging best practices and emerging tech in TikTok Shop operations

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations, (Industrial/Mechanical) Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional fluency in English
• 5 years of experience in logistics operations and at least 3 years in e-fulfillment
• Solid experience and relationships with fulfilment service providers
• Understanding of eCommerce logistics operations including data integration, warehousing, first-mile, parcel sorting, middle-mile, courier delivery, returns, import clearance
• Able to work full-time onsite at the fulfilment center
