Trade Support Special Purpose Vehicle – Analyst

Overview

In this role you will support bespoke SPV deals issued via a repackaging platform, partnering with internal and external teams to maintain day-to-day activity. You will focus on run-the-business tasks, including daily controls, reconciliations, event monitoring, and processing of straightforward, repeatable trades within the product suite. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth SPV settlements and lifecycle management, contributing to efficient deal execution and operational stability. This is a hands-on role at JPMorganChase with a clear impact on front-to-back operations and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist front-to-back and cross-asset class Middle Office support for Trading, Structuring, Sales, Finance and Legal
• Coordinate straightforward SPV new issuance activity from Trade date to Issue date
• Assist with straightforward cost calculations for new SPV activity
• Perform daily controls including cash reconciliation and lifecycle checks
• Monitor event activity and support coupon fixing, payments, and corporate actions processing
• Assist with KPIs and exceptions to ensure timely resolution and escalation
• Ensure smooth settlement of straightforward SPV Repackaging trades with multi-team coordination
• Serve as primary contact for external service providers to ensure settlement instructions and informed stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records for all repeatable issuances and lifecycle activity
• Help with day-to-day query management associated with core daily tasks
