Overview

As Senior Partner Manager you will drive partner-led revenue in EMEA, with a spotlight on the UK and Netherlands markets. You will grow and enable strategic partnerships, helping partners generate high-quality leads and build robust pipelines. You’ll lead commercial discussions, negotiate agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding while collaborating with cross-functional teams to expand Lightspeed’s market share. This role offers meaningful impact by shaping partner strategy and accelerating growth in a fast-evolving market.

Responsibilities

  • Build and scale referral partnerships across EMEA, with emphasis on the Dutch market
  • Identify and expand opportunities to drive incremental revenue with current partners
  • Develop and sustain a high-quality pipeline via outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
  • Lead commercial discussions, negotiate deals, oversee partner onboarding
  • Enable partners with training, sales support, and co-selling initiatives
  • Design and implement incentive programs to boost lead-generation productivity
  • Collaborate with Strategic Sales teams across EMEA to generate high-quality leads
  • Advocate for partners internally to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration
  • Provide regular pipeline reporting and forecasts to senior management
  • Deliver ROI insights and market feedback to drive growth and brand awareness
  • Stay informed on regional market trends and competitors; represent Lightspeed at events

Key requirements

  • Proven track record in partnerships, channel sales, or business development with sales targets
  • Experience managing new business and existing partner relationships
  • SaaS sales experience, preferably in retail or hospitality
  • Strong understanding of the UK market and commercial landscape
  • Ability to develop and execute partner growth strategies
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally in an international environment
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with ownership and accountability
  • Resilience, adaptability, and results-driven attitude
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus
