Finance manager

Overview

In this Finance Manager role, you drive day-to-day financial management, reporting and controls within a well-established national charity. You will produce management accounts, forecasts and budgets while partnering with budget holders to support decision-making. You ensure compliance with financial and charity regulations and lead improvements to finance systems and processes. This is a chance to contribute to a high-impact organisation during an exciting phase of its strategic plan.

Pay / Benefits

• salary ranging 45,000 to 55,000

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day financial management, reporting and controls

• Ensure compliance with financial and charity regulations
• Drive improvements to finance systems, processes and reporting

Key requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, AAT or equivalent)
• Experience in management accounting and financial reporting
• Strong stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills
• Process improvement and systems experience
• Charity sector experience desirable but not essential
