Asset & Wealth Management – Digital and Data Transformation – Product Manager – Vice President

Overview

In this role you drive end-to-end product outcomes within the Digital and Data Transformation Team. You define the product vision, collaborate with global stakeholders, and translate business needs into actionable requirements to accelerate UX and delivery. You own the backlog and communicate decisions to senior leadership, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform health. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment to realize measurable value and impact for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, scope and success metrics; translate objectives into use cases, workflows, wireframes, and requirements
• Lead cross-functional delivery across distributed tech and operations teams; manage dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
• Partner with global stakeholders to shape the roadmap, governance, and deadlines within budget constraints
• Incorporate customer feedback, data analytics, metrics, UX research, and market analysis to guide prioritization
• Own and refine the feature backlog with clear prioritization and rationale for senior stakeholders
• Build and present end-to-end executive updates including OKRs/KPIs, adoption, and financial forecasting

Key requirements

• 7+ years of Product Manager / Product Owner experience with roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Experience leading Agile product teams using Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence
• Exemplary ownership, judgment, and ability to align stakeholders with competing priorities
• Strong problem solving and written/verbal communication to produce executive-ready materials
• Ability to translate strategy into delivery plans and measurable success criteria
• Ability to operate under tight timelines and ambiguity with a focus on scalability
• Self-motivated and adaptable to peak delivery periods
• Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity/engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot and LLMs) while maintaining risk and data standards
