Overview

In this role, you will lead NTAM’s Third-Party Oversight across risk management, outsourcing, intercompany, and delegate oversight in the EMEA region. You will partner with key functions to implement the global TPRM strategy, strengthen governance, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will drive governance, risk reporting, and continuous improvement across outsourced and delegated arrangements. Responsibilities

  • Lead Third-Party Oversight across TPRM, Intercompany, Outsourcing Oversight, and Delegate Oversight
  • Design future-state operating models with stakeholders to enhance governance, digitisation, and automation
  • Identify, monitor, and report third-party risks to senior leaders and governance committees
  • Provide independent reporting of operational issues to SMFs and senior management
  • Serve as SME for clients and partners, presenting NTAM’s third-party risk framework when required
  • Develop and maintain governance and control frameworks to ensure service delivery and performance
  • Lead complex change initiatives and oversee change management with internal and external stakeholders
  • Work with Compliance and Regulatory Change teams to assess regulatory impact on third-party arrangements
  • Strengthen 1LOD through policies, controls, and continuous improvement culture
  • Build and lead a high-performing team with succession planning and resilience
  • Conduct governance reviews, due diligence, and vendor assessments across outsourced arrangements
  • Oversee periodic reviews of third-party relationships, including SLAs, KPIs, and commercial arrangements
  • Develop policies and controls aligned with regulatory expectations and best practices
  • Drive global consistency while addressing local regulatory and business needs

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in investment management with third-party risk, outsourcing oversight, vendor governance, or operational risk
  • Strong knowledge of FCA and CBI regulatory expectations
  • Experience designing and implementing third-party risk frameworks and reporting
  • Knowledge of UCITS, AIFs, MiFID products and the operating models of management companies and delegated service providers
  • Experience with third-party risk management platforms such as Coupa, ServiceNow, Interos, Cybeta or similar tools
