Integration Services Development Manager

Overview

As Integration Services Development Manager, you influence the strategic direction of the integration and product teams to deliver outcomes aligned with the bank’s goals. You drive end-to-end delivery across projects, coordinating technology and change teams while safeguarding the bank’s reputation. You’ll shape architectural and functional improvements and contribute to the technology strategy roadmap. This role offers impact across multiple programs and opportunities to lead dispersed teams in a remote-first setup in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and tactical projects and coordinate multiple delivery streams.
• Ensure deliverables meet customer goals within total cost of ownership and protect the bank’s reputation.
• Align work with software development principles across the bank and deliver architectural improvements.
• Drive and contribute to the technology strategy roadmap and cross-project planning.
• Incorporate programme requirements and influence delivery plans across multiple projects.

Key requirements

• Experience leading and managing development teams
• Extensive experience in integration services and product development management across Apigee, Apigee Hybrid and X
• Ability to present as SME to large audiences
• Strong stakeholder communication and tailoring of messages to audiences
• Regulatory and third-party risk management governance background
• PMP qualification
• Experience with Scrum and SAFe Agile
• Hands-on with Jira and Confluence
• Experience delivering projects across geographically dispersed teams
