Project Management Lead

Overview

In this role you lead complex IT infrastructure programs, aligning delivery with enterprise standards and business needs. You’ll manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites, driving large-scale deployments and office relocations. You’ll partner with IT, facilities, and executives to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. This is a strategic, high-impact role at a global real estate services leader, offering visibility and opportunities to shape infrastructure at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects (LAN/WAN upgrades, network security).
• Develop project plans, resource strategies, and risk mitigation for complex initiatives.
• Lead large-scale deployments and enterprise-wide technology rollouts across multiple sites and time zones.
• Oversee vendor relationships and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate corporate office relocations with technology readiness and post-move support.
• Support connectivity for office tech deployments (AV, access control, smart building devices, BMS).
• Coordinate with real estate, facilities, and business units for seamless deployments.
• Stakeholder management and communications; provide status updates and escalate risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior PMs, and promote PMO best practices.
• Maintain project documentation, adhere to PMO processes, and drive continuous improvement.

Key requirements

• 10+ years IT project management experience with at least 5 years in enterprise infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record delivering network upgrades, large deployments, and office moves in complex environments.
• Technical understanding of routing, switching, firewalls, wireless, and SD-WAN; familiarity with VoIP, video conferencing, AV, and access control.
• Project Management Expertise or PMP; proficient in Waterfall and Agile/hybrid approaches.
• Experience with project tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced settings; strong stakeholder influence.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams and conflict resolution; excellent written and verbal communication.
