Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products
• Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences
• Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions
• Use data, feedback, and market insights to continuously improve product performance and value
• Lead prioritisation, governance, and investment decisions across a global stakeholder community
• Deliver outcomes through collaboration, influence, and strong cross-functional partnerships
• Support successful deployment, adoption, and value realisation of Talent technology solutions

Key requirements

• Proven product ownership experience, balancing strategic vision with execution
• Strong understanding of Talent technology and the role of skills data in workforce transformation
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Ability to leverage AI, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve Talent outcomes
• Strong problem-solving skills, commercial awareness, and user-focused decision-making
