Overview
In this role you will join a busy wills and probate team to manage a varied private client caseload and deliver high-quality estate planning and administration. You will build strong client relationships, contribute to department targets, and lead business development efforts across Gloucestershire and Herefordshire. You will work closely with cross-functional colleagues to shape client outcomes in a growing practice.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of wills, trusts, probate and powers of attorney from start to finish
- Draft and review wills, trusts, probate documents and powers of attorney
- Advise on estate planning and asset protection strategies
- Build strong client relationships with clear, client-focused communication
- Contribute to departmental goals and financial targets
- Lead business development and marketing efforts
- Mentor junior team members and support their growth
