Overview

In this role, you’ll design and launch Fresha’s global learning function, creating scalable frameworks, curriculums, and systems that empower every employee. You will lead onboarding, role-specific pathways, product education, and career development, collaborating with leaders across the business to keep learning aligned with Fresha’s evolution. You’ll transform internal knowledge into engaging programs and build the tech stack to scale globally. This is a ground-up leadership opportunity to shape how Fresha grows its talent. Responsibilities

  • Design and own the global learning strategy, governance and standards for scalable employee development
  • Create role-specific curriculums and learning pathways across functions such as Commercial, Product & Engineering, Customer Support, People and Finance
  • Own onboarding and induction learning to ensure quick productivity for new joiners
  • Lead product education with Product and Product Marketing for new releases and updates
  • Capture internal expertise and convert it into structured, engaging learning content
  • Build and manage the learning technology stack (LMS and tools) to deliver and scale globally
  • Define KPIs to measure completion, knowledge retention, behavioural change and business impact
  • Partner with People team to align learning with career growth and progression opportunities
  • Hire, develop and coach a high-performing learning and instructional design team

Key requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership in Learning & Development within fast-paced SaaS, tech, or digital marketplace
  • Proven ability to design and implement learning frameworks and pathways across multiple functions
  • Strong experience in translating product changes into effective employee learning
  • Solid instructional design expertise focused on adult learning and behavioural outcomes
  • Experience evaluating and managing Learning Management Systems and modern learning tools
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to define KPIs and demonstrate learning impact
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions
  • Leadership and coaching experience; able to build and grow a team
  • Builder mentality with comfort in ambiguity and hands-on execution
  • Collaborative and cross-functional mindset
