As Team Manager for the Benelux Contract Division, you will lead a six-person recruitment team across Belgium and the Netherlands, driving profitability and market coverage in Financial Services, Consulting, and E-commerce & Retail. You’ll shape and execute a growth strategy to scale the team, expand market share, and develop future leaders, leveraging strong client relationships and SGI’s reputation. Key requirements
