Overview
In this role you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction to post-completion, within a well-established law firm based in Bristol. You will work closely with a busy property team to deliver high-quality conveyancing services to clients, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers, including complex areas like new builds and lease extensions. You’ll operate with limited supervision, maintaining proactive client communication and ensuring efficient progression of files. The position offers hybrid working and a clear opportunity to contribute to a respected regional and international practice.

Responsibilities
- Handle varied residential property matters (freehold/leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity)
- Address complex issues such as new builds, shared ownership, lease extensions, and title defects
- Maintain proactive client and third-party communication to progress cases
- Own files from instruction to post-completion with minimal supervision
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
- Ability to manage own workload, prioritise tasks, and work independently
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Experience with case management systems and MS Office tools
