• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• High-value residential transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages and equity release
• Matrimonial transfers
• New build and development transactions

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in Residential Property
• Capable of managing own caseload from instruction to completion
• Strong client care and communication skills
• Commercially minded with ability to develop relationships and generate work
