Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of divorce and separation matters
  • Advise on Pre Nups, Post Nups, Cohabitation and Separation Agreements
  • Handle financial remedy proceedings and settlements
  • Manage private and public law children matters
  • Provide clear, practical, and empathetic legal advice
  • Draft legal documents, correspondence, and court applications
  • Conduct negotiations and represent clients where appropriate
  • Attend court hearings and client meetings
  • Support business development and maintain professional relationships

Key requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (England & Wales)
  • Ideally 2+ years’ PQE in family law (all levels considered)
  • Experience in divorce, finance, and children matters
  • Excellent communicator with strong client care skills
  • Confident managing own caseload independently
  • Proactive, organized, and commercially aware
  • Resolution / Law Society Accredited, or willing to work towards accreditation
