Finishing Manager / Site Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead finishing and internal works on a complex West London commercial project for a Tier 1 contractor. You will coordinate multi-trade interfaces, drive quality and programme delivery, and maintain high H&S and handover standards. The position sits at the intersection of finishing and structural interaction, including listed/heritage considerations, with close collaboration across the PM, design team, engineers, and subcontractors. This is a flagship, technically demanding opportunity to shape delivery on a high-profile site, combining refurbishment and fit-out expertise with robust site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal works, finishes and subcontractors
• Drive quality, programme and site delivery
• Coordinate internal works alongside structural/enabling packages
• Manage interfaces between existing and new structures
• Work closely with the PM, design team, engineers and subcontractors
• Maintain strong H&S, quality and handover standards

Key requirements

• Tier 1 main contractor background
• Finishing / Site Management experience on commercial projects
• Strong CAT A / CAT B, refurbishment or fit-out experience
• comfortable with structural works, steel and cut & carve
• Listed/heritage building experience advantageous
• SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
